  Great location-felt safe and was really impressed by the staff-super friendly and extremely helpful

  I like to use a fan to block out noise and the unit didn't have a fan only setting;noise upstairs above me was bothersome and I didn't think the bedding looked very clean

  Room was funtional and clean.

  There was no service elevator - we shared the elevator with dirty linen on just about every trip up and down. I had asked for handicap access on the first floor and booked early enough - the room however was on the second floor around 2 corners in the very back - long distance to walk with a walker. The breakfast was pretty sorry, no protein and no fruit. Towels were extra rough and thin. Unusual for this brand of hotel. Dissapointed.

  Reasobable rate

  Hard to find entrance from street a bit spartan requested first floor ini reservation so they were set to put us on the second floor. Evidently the reques you make on line does not go to the hotel.... Now that's stupid!!! I checked my confirmation, showed the desk clerk and it was right there.... FIRST FLOOR.

  I liked their economical use of space within the rooms. Parking was all close to a door. The elevator worked. Staff was quick and friendly.

  Rooms are efficient, not fancy. I think anything that could have been made out of wood was plastic instead. The comforter/quilt on the bed looked a bit worn. The showerhead failed to produce distinct streams of water. The doors seemed thin- you didn't hear much through the walls, but during the day you could hear way you much in the hallway, and every time a door closed it seemed like it was getting slammed.

  Affordable rates, service and great location for entertainment, dining, and shopping. Clean rooms and facilities. Despite other reviews I honestly thought the breakfast was good. I went down for breakfast(ends at 9:30) at 9:00 and the staff was still restocking items:) I would go again for a quick weekend trip.

  The rooms are smaller than the average hotel room but still comfy, not cramped at all. The walls are not sound proof, I could hear a lady's phone conversation next door and hallway traffic. There's always going to be somethings your not gonna like, but these aren't so bad. Everything else was just fine.
