great access to parks and attractions for city lovers

Our stay was fantastic because we enjoyed the clean and welcoming atmosphere. The nearby Enterprise South Nature Park offered a perfect spot for a refreshing walk and some beautiful views that added to our city exploration.

poor cleanliness

However, the overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired, with visible dirt in public areas and bugs seen in the bathroom. Room maintenance seems lacking. the AC runs poorly, and the blankets are in dire need of replacement due to holes. There were also issues with the door mechanism at the rear entrance, making access frustrating, especially late at night.

friendly staff

microtel has a fantastic location and the front desk staff was really friendly during my stay. it’s conveniently close to shopping and dining spots, making it easy to explore the area. definitely, a relaxing atmosphere.

The condition of the property was disappointing, with dirty floors and a troubling insect encounter in the shower. The broken elevator forced us to carry luggage upstairs, while noise from the hall disrupted sleep. A lack of cleanliness from housekeeping compounded the experience, making it one of the least favorable stays I've had.
